Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

| "Wagering Requirement" | The total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). |

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the aroonplay platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the aroonplay platform.
These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and aroonplay with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings of any kind between you and aroonplay relating to the subject matter herein.
aroonplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 15 for more detail on amendments.
Eligibility
To register and use aroonplay, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement for casino-style gambling in the Philippines under applicable PAGCOR regulations. No exceptions are made.
- You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players on aroonplay.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your location. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gambling is lawful in your specific jurisdiction within the Philippines.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by aroonplay or by any other gaming operator or regulatory body to which aroonplay has access.
- You must not have had a previous aroonplay account suspended or closed for violations of these Terms.
- You must be acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
Account Registration
Each Player may hold only one registered account on aroonplay at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account. aroonplay may request updated documentation at any time to confirm the validity of your registration details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aroonplay login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. aroonplay will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your aroonplay account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify aroonplay support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
Identity Verification (KYC)
aroonplay is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires you to submit at least one of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:
- UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
- PhilSys National ID
- Philippine driver's license
- Philippine passport
- SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
Documents submitted for KYC must be current, undamaged, and clearly legible. aroonplay reserves the right to request additional documentation — such as proof of address or source of funds — where required by internal compliance procedures or applicable regulations.
Players may deposit and play during the KYC review period. However, no withdrawal will be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. aroonplay targets a KYC processing time of within 24 hours for standard submissions during business hours, though this may vary during periods of high volume.
Deposits
All deposits to your aroonplay account must be made through one of the supported payment methods displayed on the aroonplay platform at the time of deposit. Supported methods include but are not limited to GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. aroonplay does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which aroonplay takes no responsibility.
All funds deposited to your aroonplay account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees charged by the third-party provider.
aroonplay reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds where required under anti-money laundering compliance obligations applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines. Failure to provide such evidence may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.
Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawal of their available balance (being their deposited funds plus confirmed winnings, less any active bonus restrictions) at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- KYC verification must be successfully completed prior to any withdrawal being processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering protocols.
- aroonplay targets same-day processing for verified accounts withdrawing standard amounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, banking hours, and volume of pending requests.
- aroonplay reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed specified internal thresholds, or where a withdrawal pattern indicates potential fraud or money laundering activity.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 8.
Bonuses & Promotions
aroonplay may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to these general bonus terms and to the specific terms and conditions published with each individual offer.
The following general conditions apply to all aroonplay bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered at the specified wagering multiplier before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in full for each bonus at the time of offer.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and video poker may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution percentages are published with each bonus offer.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the time period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonuses are removed from accounts without compensation.
- One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Player is eligible to claim each bonus offer once only. Multiple accounts claimed to circumvent this restriction are treated as duplicate accounts under Section 4.
- Withdrawal of Bonus: Players may choose to forfeit an active bonus from their account settings before it has been fully wagered. Doing so will remove all associated bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds that have not yet cleared wagering requirements.
- Modification and Cancellation: aroonplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where an active bonus is cancelled by aroonplay other than due to Player breach, any bonus funds wagered to that point will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on aroonplay — including slots, table games, live dealer games, video poker, bingo, and sports betting — are operated under the individual rules of each game as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game rules before wagering.
Electronic game outcomes on aroonplay are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. aroonplay does not modify, adjust, or manipulate game outcomes on an individual player, session, or time-based basis. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information panels.
Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific variant being played, as presented by the dealer and displayed on-screen during each session. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, aroonplay will use the recorded game state at the time of disconnection to determine the outcome, which shall be final.
Sports betting markets are offered with published odds at the time of bet placement. In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or deemed void under the specific market rules, bets placed on affected selections will be settled according to aroonplay's sports betting void/cancellation rules, available within the sportsbook section of the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on aroonplay. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including misrepresentation of age or identity.
- Creating or operating more than one aroonplay account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with aroonplay games without genuine human control.
- Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the aroonplay platform or any of its games for financial advantage.
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions, including use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment methods.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker rooms or any other multiplayer game format on aroonplay.
- Engaging in money laundering or any activity that uses aroonplay as a vehicle for the conversion of illicit funds.
- Abusing the bonus and promotions system, including through coordinated bonus harvesting across multiple accounts.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive conduct toward aroonplay support staff or other players.
Intellectual Property
All content on the aroonplay platform — including but not limited to the aroonplay brand name and logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, images, audio, and data — is the intellectual property of aroonplay or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the aroonplay platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the aroonplay platform without prior written consent from aroonplay. Unauthorized use of aroonplay's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Privacy & Data
aroonplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on aroonplay, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
aroonplay does not sell or share personal player data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data collected from Players is used for account management, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and to deliver the aroonplay services. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the total amount that may be deposited to your aroonplay account.
- Session Limits: Maximum session duration settings that end your aroonplay session after a specified time period.
- Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which your account is suspended from real-money play.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aroonplay shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, savings, business, data, or goodwill — whether direct or indirect — arising from your use of or inability to use the aroonplay platform.
- Any losses arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the aroonplay service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, regulatory action, or any other cause.
- Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your aroonplay account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any delay or failure in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to the systems or policies of third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
- Any losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate game information, odds, statistics, or other data displayed on the aroonplay platform where such inaccuracy is attributable to a technical error.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit aroonplay's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by aroonplay's negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable Philippine law.
Amendments to These Terms
aroonplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — aroonplay will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their account, or via an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of aroonplay following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using aroonplay and may request account closure by contacting support.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions, together with the effective date, is always available at aroonplay.vip/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By registering on aroonplay, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the aroonplay platform.
In the event of any dispute between you and aroonplay, you are encouraged to contact aroonplay's support team in the first instance to seek resolution. aroonplay commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to working in good faith toward a fair resolution.
aroonplay operates within the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Where a dispute involves regulatory compliance, aroonplay may refer the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
